Bill has been instrumental in growing Keller Williams' footprint to 29 countries.
Born in Canada, Bill received a B.A. from the University of Ontario and a certificate in negotiations from Harvard. He advises Keller Williams regions on developing RED Day initiatives to give back to their communities and is active in charitable causes supporting women, children and the elderly.
Soteroff is married to his college sweetheart, Elizabeth. They have two children and live in Austin.

Lisa Becker started her sales career in 2002 in Austin, at the Southwest Market Centre, with Mary Tennant as her Team Leader. After moving to Southern California, Lisa launched 3 Market Centres and has spent a total of 9 years as a Team Leader.
Lisa currently has ownership in a luxury Market Centre in San Diego that she launched with Chris Heller and David Tennant.

Nicole has served as Director of Operations, Listing Agent and CEO of her own Business. She firmly believes that having the first-hand experience of being in the trenches of the Industry, only strengthen business partnerships to a much deeper and authentic level.
When she isn’t pouring into others, you can find her creating new experiences through intentional world travel, watching and studying American Football, or practising Yoga. Tara Smith, from Lexington Kentucky has been an influential person in the Real Estate Industry since 2007. Before joining Keller Williams Realty in 2013, she was a long-standing Top Producer in her Market.
In 2017, Tara joined forces with Maps Coaching to coach many of the top teams in the United States, South Africa, and Mexico. Her specialities include Leadership, Expansion, Recruiting, Team Building, Mindset, and Selling between 100-1000+ units/year while staying on model with profitability.

Matthew Teter is the Director of Leadership Coaches for MAPS Coaching and a MAPS Leadership Coach.
His passion lies in developing Leaders, Lives and Careers. As the Director of Leadership Coaches, he is responsible for coordinating the strategy and value for more than 60 MAPS Coaches and over 1600 leadership clients throughout Keller Williams.
Over the past five years, he has had the distinct privilege of coaching over 130 leaders in the RD, OP, TL, and ATL roles in Keller Williams. Before that, he was a Team Leader in New Jersey and operated a real estate sales team with his wife in Pennsylvania.
He is happily married to Regina Enriquez-Teter and they now reside in Austin, Texas.

Andrew Bloom is a 25 year real estate agent, buyer, seller and investor. From a young age, Andrew learned the importance of serving others in the housing industry; taking that servitude heart to Phoenix, Arizona where he met his wife of 29 years, Babs, and studied Social Work at Arizona State University. Working as a housing advocate for the low-income community with the City of Phoenix, Andrew felt he would be able to better serve his low-income communities if he had his real estate license.
After selling 40 units within his first 12 months' licensed, while still working well over full-time for the City, Andrew decided to leap full-time into the real estate industry. Working 4 years as a solo agent, he approached David Van Omen and formed their team - beginning a 20-year climb in the industry through the highs and lows, recessions and recoveries, never closing shop and always continued to serve their clients regardless of their housing situation.
Since moving to Keller Williams in 2017, Andrew Bloom has developed a team consisting of over 30 agents, a leadership team, marketing assistants, transaction coordination and an ISA department.
